What the turnaround covers
- Garden reset. Lawn cut, hedges trimmed, beds and paths weeded, green waste removed.
- Clearance. Rubbish, bags and smaller items left by the outgoing tenant taken away, in more than one trip if needed. Large items such as sofas, mattresses or big wardrobes: ask first and we will tell you straight whether we can take them.
- Furnishing. New beds, wardrobes and drawers assembled for furnished lets.
- Fixings. TV brackets, shelves, curtain poles and blinds fitted or re-fitted.
The paperwork
- Dated photo report. Before and after photos of each area we worked on, so you have a record of the condition the property was handed over in.
- Waste transfer note. We are a registered upper tier waste carrier with the Environment Agency (CBDU647852). Everything we remove is taken to licensed sites, and you get the paperwork to show it.
How it works
